Police Officers handling the case in which an idiot Nshika Kaputu brutally assassinated his girlfriend Precious Manganese have been bribed with K36,000 to charge the murderer with a less punitive offense of manslaughter and not murder.

This has been unearthed by the family of Precious.

According to a family member of late Precious, who opted to speak on condition of anonymity for fear of victimisation, the family to an idiot dished out K26,000 today around 16:00 at Central Police where Nshika Kaputu is being held – with balance to be paid later.

The murder case, according to the Constitution of Zambia, has no police bond and no bond.

If Nshika will be charged with manslaughter, he will be attending Court while outside which gives him an opportunity to even escape his sins.

However, the family relative to late Precious reveals that the police are claiming they haven’t charged Nshika yet, apparently because they are waiting for postmortem when clearly there is nothing really delaying them to do so.

Nshika murdered his girlfriend, by shooting her with 3 solid bullets in her head before he put one bullet on his own 2 year old and innocent girl child who is currently admitted at Fairview Hospital in pain.

  1. Manslaughter comes out of evidence adduced in court, why do they want to miscarry justice at this stage. The cause of shooting should be investigated fully before any downgrading of the case is done. If there is strong evidence indicating that she told the killer, the child was not his or by way of evidence through a phone text or pictorial to suggest illicit parentage of a child, then manslaughter can be prayed for.

    • To Advocate, dont mislead people.manslaughter can also be charged at the police station,in court its only reduced if the eveidence permits.telling someone that its not his child doesnot lead to provocation killing as a requirement in manslaughter.even that husband to that late teacher who was shot can not plead for provocation killing because he asked them to accompany them home where he killed them hence there was no passion of heat.

  2. its very sad indeed. manslaughter or murder, the bottom line is someone has lost his or her life. The person who does that surely deserves to be murdered or manslaughtered too. I wish to explain that manslaughter is a killing that comes as a result of provocation Or an un intended occurrance whereas Murder is a killing that comes as a result of a pre meditated intent ( mensrea ). in this case, where the lady left her home to follow this man, I leave it to you to judge whether there was an intent or possible provocation

  4. How do you prove premeditation in such a matter beyond reasonable doubt? Manslaughter is a sure bet for conviction. If murder is pursued and prosecution fails then its acquital. There is no bribing necessary just logic
