Meet Alice Rowland’s Musukwa, a girl child who was orphaned before turning 15years Old. She leant how to look after herself before she could even see little balls on her chest.
She sold ice blocks, Sugar canes, worked as a shop keeper and a waitress in order for her to survive. She sometimes slept on an empty stomach, became homeless, disappointed, rejected and hurt, but all those wounds made her who she is today.
Ms Alice Rowlands Musukwa, is a 32 years old loving mother businesswoman, marketing graduate and an inter-national model. Alice has had the opportunity to participate in and represent Zambia as Miss Universe Zambia 2010 and Miss Freedom of the world Zambia 2012.
Alice’s passion, modeling has allowed her to explore the world at large, having been a part of fashion weeks including South Africa fashion week, Mercedes Benz fashion week, Dubai fashion week, Kenya fashion week, Turkey fashion week, Nigeria fashion week, Africa fashion reception Paris and Glitz Africa fashion week Ghana.
Alice’s accolades include being awarded winner of best Model of the year 2012 in Kosovo.
She’s the first ever black model to have walked Pakistan fashion week and since 2017 she has been booked 3 times making it 3 years.
As a businesswoman Alice has founded and is a director of Miss teen Zambia, and Fusion Fashion Week Zambia, Fusion fashion show that managed to bring in to Zambia well respected international models from 4 different countries, Miss Ghana, Miss Nigeria, Miss Angola and Miss Namibia.
Alice has modelled in 32 countries around the world making her the first Zambian model to ever go that far.
Currently shes in the USA doing what she does best, she has signed a very prestigious contract with a very big company and recently got engaged to the man of her dreams.
