UPND has taken an early lead in the town council by-election in Kaoma district of Western province.
UPND has so far polled 1,102 and PF 431 while thief of land Charles Chanda’s has UPPZ 45.
Meanwhile Edgar Lungu’s political advisor Kaizar Zulu is currently doing patrols in a vehicle D4D Mazda black in colour with Mumbi Phiri the PF Deputy Secretary General.
