Chief Makasa of the Bemba People of Mungwi District has died

Chief Makasa of the Bemba People of Mungwi District has died.
Chief Makasa, 95, who is the father to Minister of Finance, Dr. Bwalya Ngandu died last night at his Palace in Makasa area.

Mungwi Council Chairperson Mr. Gift Lwembe confirmed the sad development.
