What a gigantic victory for Democracy in DR Congo..Congratulations to H.E Tshisekedi Tshilombi for a well deserved victory .He fought long and hard. He suffered persecution including forcing him into exile. Today against all odds ..CHANGE OF GOVT IN DR CONGO….

The Zambian situation is annoying and frustrating to International bodies and super powers … They don’t intervene in Countries whose pipo are calm and seem to be okey with the oppressive and dictatorial regime..

The truth of the matter is the pressure International Communities mounted on DRC Electoral Commission , Kabila led Govt and on the DRC Military ….was too much to ignore…

But it was all easy for them to apply that hard-line stance because there was tension in DRC ..They capitalised on that enternal tension .

But in Zambia even after stealing and open rigging , those whose victories bare stolen remain calm…How can USA intervene otherwise it can interference in the internal Affairs and politics of a sovereign country …But if there can be tension the whole sovereign rubbish is ignored and Foreign powers and forces move in ..in the name of protecting their nationals working and living in that embattled country…meanwhile use their presence to push for the respect of the will of the people…

Sometimes with proper engagement, these same foreign forces can help sponsor or trigger tension if they see local nationals can’t start it…in forms of finding uprisings …But if funds are made available but banked somewhere without realising it to critical areas that start the tension like streets and organizations like Churches, CSOs, universities …there can never be anything in the end pipo’s Bank accounts will be fatter while the cause is lost…that’s our biggest enemy for now…its that elephant in the that tin of lack of funds to trigger anything …

There is no way citizens can fight and sacrifice to challenge the oppressive regime that has procured state of the Art Anti-Riot equipments and brutal Police …without getting anything…

Yes you can’t give everybody , but there is always that team that sparks the fire …

In Military for example, there should be some Senior Military personels on your side that objects to any oppressive and lack of respect to the will of the people…

Remember that video of the DR Congo Commander ? He warned and gave Kabila to 45 days to apologize and retire from active politics ..or they would pounce on him….

How is our own situation in Zambia ? Army Commanders are only heard of on the last day of their dismissal mostly after a misunderstanding with the regime on how to share proceeds of corruption …or after falling out of favour with the regime…when they were still serving , they made no efforts either because nobody approached them or they had their tails in between their fat legs while counting a number of flats built out of corruption money…

Money is never made available for critical oppressions during election time in Zambia…May be PF under Sata did it no wonder while ECZ were delaying announcing Copperbelt started coming to Lsk and beating up MMD known leaders and confiscating moneys, vehicles and harassing DCs along the way coming to Lusaka and my relative was a victim in Kaphiri ..He and his family ,fellow MMD leaders and families had to go and hide in Luano Valley ..while most MMD strong leaders like then William Banda started running for their lives being caught at boarders instead of helping RB…

PF literally had it their way before it was clear MMD had lost elections and it gave them an upper hand even rigging ..if you remember they declared before finishing counting some polling stations after they said they will not change anything…

To achieve this ..MONEY MUST BE SPENT…NOT KEEPING MONEY LIKE NRCs ..

We must plan and plan strategically, engage consultants especially former Military,Police,OP and ECZ personels to help us penetrate the systems .

Without all these moves ,just gathering human beings and taking photos without an deeper underground operations , we are doomed…

We know without pressure PF can not hand over power just like that…the fact that LUNGU is recontesting a 3rd time as incumbent, should be the beginning of his downfall ,easy to convince the system that is fatigued of him to be on our side…we need more planning than hamming good English in meetings…

We can have reforms through dialogue but without putting in place measures reforms alone as mere guiding laws will not make or compel Lungu to handover power ,but if we strategically plan taking advantage of those reformed Laws we can have an advantage and that’s why PF is jittery about this dialogue as it can lead to reforms which with strategic planning can be surrender of power by PF..

To achieve the above , our leadership must open itself to outside views , strategic planners and thinkers that can be seating somewhere , analysising events our national politics and study PF’s weaknesses and strengths and advice…

However when ideas are brought forward for actualization, our leadership must never be dismissive to ideas , must not play “WE KNOW IT ALL ” only to look dull when later discovers that there wasn’t even PVT in place because when they were being adviced they responded with “WE KNOW WHAT WE ARE DOING AND ALL IS SET ” giving false hopes to members .

We have a chance , from the PF own members complaints daily , you can tell top PF leaders eat alone , they have not shared with grassroots ,even in top Police ,Air force ,Army ,OP ,ECZ etc only top bosses are eating with those in authority junior officers who do the actual donkey work of rigging , oppressing or beating citizens and helping PF win power, get nothing .

So why not come up with a strategic blueprint to take advantage ?

If you offer retirement packages to critical personels who are strategically positioned to help what will stop them from helping Zambia ? But expecting them to sacrifice their livelihood just like that for the Opposition that may never recognise them at worst firing them with accusations of having been working a fallen Govt …

We need to be an all round and mount faceted movement that should make use of the remaining 28 months to do everything we have to do now to get power…

Youths must be at the centre of this, they must equally earn their pivotal role in this not just because of age…YOUTHS EVERYWHERE THERE HAS BEEN CHANGE OF GOVT WERE CRITICAL INSTRUMENTS …

We equally need to package our message ,improve on our communication to the nation, make necessary changes in the CRITICAL MESSAGE and make all sectors see themselves in the UPND CAMPAIGN MESSAGE so that there could be goodwill from voters…

Ranks and Files if the Party identify strong and fearless individuals to spearhead these operations not corwards who even drop saliva when talking.

Honesty engagement of Alliance Partners without making them feel less important and making them more comfortable and feel owners of the movement as there should be something they must be seeing too…expecting people to just sacrifice and back you in the name of patriotism is out of African politics. .nobody is in politics on voluntary basis its a lie. We all expect benefits at the tail end of our sacrifice otherwise nobody would be sacrificing being beaten up by politics in the name of patriotism ..ARE YOU JESUS ?

THANK YOU TO YOU ALL
