President Edgar Lungu says the results of the 2021 general elections should not allow anyone to put the country on fire.
He says everyone must accept the outcome because they will only be one winner in an election.
The President was speaking when he commissioned the newly built Kanyama Police Station..
He has also urged cadres to refrain from violence during and after the campaigns.
And Home Affairs Minister, Stephen Kampyongo and Inspector General of Police Kakoma Kanganja has directed police officers to be vigil before, during and after the polls.
