Five Ndola women who allegedly inserted a bottle of castle larger in another woman’s private parts have been discharged and re-arrested.
When the matter came up for trial before principal resident magistrate Obster Musukwa, the five were discharged following an application to have the matter withdrawn.
There was no objection to the application and magistrate Musukwa discharged the matter accordingly.
However, soon after the matter was discharged, police re-arrested the five women while charges for their re-arrest are not yet known.
And addressing the media after the re-arresting of the women, Copperbelt Police Commissioner Charity Katanga said police will ensure that conviction takes place for the 5.
Mrs. Katanga says the law must take its course because the action by the women was unconstitutional and violation of privacy.
