Daniel Munkombwe
In an interview, Munkombwe said he looked forward to a time when journalists would not ask him questions.
“I am trying to silently walk out of politics so that I can be an ordinary person, so that I can behave like a person who doesn’t see, who doesn’t hear anything. I will pretend not to hear or see so that I don’t know what is happening in Zambia. I want to get out of this silently so that I will be ruled right or wrong,” said Munkombwe who has served all Zambian presidents apart from Edgar Lungu.
The veteran politician also served as PF Southern Province chairman before he resigned to join the UPND.
