Mazabuka based Zambia Super League side Maestro United Zambia (MUZA) signed Japanese striker Jindo Morishita on a short term contract.
He has become the second Japanese this season to join the Zambian side barely a week after midfielder Kosuke Nakamachi signed for Zesco United.
The 23 year old who has been on trials at MUZA for some time now announced the development on his facebook page.
“My name is Jindo Morishita, and I have chosen to sign with FC MUZA, one of the teams in the Zambian Super League, for the 2019-2020 season.”
The Japanese forward has promised to work hard and give back to the team that offered him his first professional contract.
“I extend my deepest thanks to my friends, teammates, coaches, and my family, who have never stopped encouraging me throughout the ups and downs in my path to become a professional footballer, my dream since when I was a child.I will give my utmost to achieve my next goal and contribute to FC MUZA, the team that made my dream come true.”
