John Sangwa has won a moral battle and he is a true hero of our people.
We salute his personal zeal and commitment and resolve for the respect of the constitution of Zambia.
The burden now shifts from him unto the conscience of wrong doers.
We are all spotlessly clear that any determination that precipitates another constitutional crisis is a bad determination.
What this entails is that if Mr Lungu wins he would by default have done 12 years at the end of his term of office if elected as President of Zambia and yet the constitution has imposed a maximum term limit of 10 years.
So this decision and determination contradicts the very essence of the legality of the constitutional term limit imposed. This decision will therefore precipitate another constitutional crisis.
Any way let’s wait and see how the end plays out.
Certainly this thing will not end very well. Casualties are to be expected in the end. So good luck to his facilitators.
