Former Zambia International winger and captain, Kalusha Bwalya, has enrolled at University of Johannesburg in South Africa where he is studying Public Policy.

The former Football Association of Zambia president has described school as a source of knowledge and power

“Knowledge is power, back to study at University of Johannesburg studying Public Policy and African Studies,” King Kalu said.

Public policy is a study of the principled guide to action taken by the administrative executive branches of the state with regard to a class of issues, in a manner consistent with law and institutional customs.
