President Edgar Lungu has warned that he will not hesitate to close down the Copperbelt University-CBU- And University Of Zambia-UNZA- if the riotous behaviour by students does not stop.

And the Head of State says government will firmly deal with students at the two public universities who are engaging in riotous behaviour.

Speaking when he toured the recently rehabilitated hostels for Zambia Institute for Business Studies and Industrial Practice –ZIBSIP- in Kitwe today, President Lungu expressed concern over the behaviour of students who resort to using violence whenever they want to air their grievances.

meanwhile, President Lungu is happy with the quality of works done by the zambia national service-zns- at the institution and has warned students against vandalism.

The Head of State is on the copperbelt for a three day working visit and is expected to check on various developmental projects in the province.
