Lusaka Province Minister Bowman Lusambo has noted with displeasure the lack of participation in the Keep Zambia Clean, Green and Healthy Campaign by councillors.

Mr. Lusambo says wards in Lusaka are dirty because councillors are focusing on selling plots.

He was speaking when he met councillors at Lusaka Provincial Administration Office where he has challenged councillors to focus on service delivery.

The Lusaka Province Minister has further urged councillors to remain united ahead of deputy mayoral and deputy council chairperson elections slated for Friday, 19th July 2019.

Meanwhile, Lusaka Mayor Miles Sampa has urged councillors to work together to deliver development to the Zambian people.
