PF cadres smear senior civil servants for trying to be professional in their work…
WE CANNOT HAVE A PS FRUSTRATING THE MOBILE REGISTRATION EXERCISE IN FAVOUR OF UPND!
PF and UPND we all want to win elections! The sad part is that some of these Permanent Secretaries the president has appointed are working against PF government with impunity!
Why is that only PS’s supporting PF are the only ones labelled partisan but those aligning themselves with UPND known to be working in line with government ethics?
This PS home affairs by the name of Dr. Liya Mutale has her own agenda aligned to UPND and she has exposed herself on several occasions! I don’t know if Hon. Minister Kampyongo knows or what? This PS has been issued with instructions and guidance on how this mobile registration of NRC’s has to be conducted; she has overturned the instructions and her actions seems to favor only UPND!
The minister instructed that they delay on distribution of materials in the second phase but she has instructed the department of national registration with threats that this period they need to deliver to southern and western provinces against the minister’s instructions.
This can be seen from her recent monitoring tour of the exercise, where she only toured northwestern province out of the five provinces and refused to tour perceived PF strongholds!
This PS has formed a cartel at the ministry with the chief accountant philimon ndlovu,principal accountant Joseph Mulilo, Accountant and two senior auditors Alfred sililo and Christopher kalinda and these officers under the supervision of Dr.Liya Mutale are the ones frustrating the mobile exercise of mobile ID issuance in perceived PF strongholds!
By the way Mr Sililo has been drawing money from audit programs and check ups which he doesn’t participate in, but draws those allowances to go to his village to campaign and he wants to stand on UPND ticket in 2021!
These are people frustrating government programs! This Sililo guy as we speak is out in tour and if you want the truth assign government agents and see what is doing and you will see the outcome! These are people who brag that the system cannot do anything to them!
So watch out with this PS of yours!
