The Ruling Patriotic Front leadership has been urged to reconcile with former roan and Bahati constituency members of Parliament Chishimba Kambwili and Harry Kalaba respectively among others and bring them back to the party in view of the 2021 general elections.
speaking during a media briefing in Lusaka today, the two PF youths, named Emmanuel Banda and Chanoda Ngwira have explained that the PF leadership must swallow its pride and recall all old members who have left the party or being expelled for various reasons.
The duo has indicated that there is nothing wrong for any members of the party to aspire for the presidency because it is within their democratic rights.
Ngwira is concerned that while the PF has continued to lose members, the opposition has remained intact and gaining grounds.
Meanwhile, Emmanuel Banda has taken a swipe at non-performing cabinet ministers and members of the central committee.
According to Banda, 75 percent of cabinet minister including members of the central committee are not working as expected including defending the president from being attacked by the opposition.
And the youths have attributed the recent failure by PF to retain to the roan seat to complacency.
