Criminals Masquerading As Taxi Drivers Are Back -Be Warned!!!

“Taxi criminals” murder Lusaka wedding photographer

UNKNOWN people last night murdered a Lusaka-based wedding photographer before dumping his body near his home.

35-year-old Moses Alex Siulapwa was heading home after shooting a wedding at Lusaka’s Levy Mall when he was attacked and killed.

Alex’s elder brother, Yoram confirmed his death to KT while police spokesperson Esther Mwata Katongo’s mobile phone went unanswered.

Yoram explained that his young brother had been shooting a wedding ceremony at Levy Mall on Friday evening after which the groom dropped him off near the fomer Stanley Bar in the Central Business District to catch a taxi.

Aboard the taxi, Alex was attacked and hit with an object in the head before his lifeless body was dumped near his home in Kabanana township.

The attackers got away with Alex’s photography equipment and an unknown sum of money.

Besides photography, Alex was also a videographer who owned #Lex Media which mostly shot wedding ceremonies.

Alex’s eye for in-focus wedding images along with his friendly nature had slowly started turning him into a photographer of choice for many marrying couples.

His death has come as a shock to fellow photographers who have already taken their grief to social media.

Alex is survived by three children and a wife.
