SAD NEWS: UPND Kaumbwe Constituency candidate in Petauke District Bornface Khondowe is dead. Mr Khondowe died today in Kitwe. Eastern Province UPND chairperson Johabie Mtonga has confirmed Mr Khondowe’s death today.
