Chairman of UPND SA 2021 Bizwell Mutale yesterday took time off his business schedule to meet members of the Bostwana UPND to compare notes on how to boost party activity in that Country.
The Tswana Zambian diasporans were keen to learn from the UPND SA 2021 on the strategies the latter have employed to mobilize support and grow the party in South Africa.
The two International UPND affiliates discussed common strategies on how to support the Party back home through the existing structures governed by the Party Secretariat in Lusaka.
The meeting that was held at Avani Hotel and Resort explored and shared several strategies on party mobilisation whose aim was to boost UPND’s chances in winning the 2021 elections.
Mutale urged the Tstwana UPND Chapter to leave no stone unturned in ensuring they mobilized resources to support party activities back home.
“UPND SA 2021 appreciates your endeavors to learn from us on matters of common interest relating to party mobilisation in South Africa and we urge you to continue arranging such meetings with other Chapters in the Southern African sub region”, said Mutale.
He expressed his thanks for the impromptu meeting that had been arranged at short notice off their normal schedule.
“We are grateful because we didn’t expect to meet you at such short notice as we had come for a private business engagement here in Gaberone and your efforts and enthusiasm underscores your determination to ensure UPND and President Hakainde Hichilema are delivered to State House in 2021”, said Mutale who was accompanied by UPND 2021 Secretary General Ishmael Chingobe.
