Sean Tembo

We have received numerous negative messages and reactions over the decision taken by Patriots for Economic Progress (PeP) President Sean Tembo to quit the alliance which was formed nine months ago.

Before we go any further, lets define the word alliance. This is the act of allying or uniting together with common goal to eliminate the opponents. However, its not every member of the alliance will have the same idea, others will be decoys to zoom the information and transfer it to another camp.

Sean Tembo’s decision to quit the alliance did not come as a surprise to some of us because we know exactly who PeP President is and what he was up for. All in all, nothing has been lost to alliance partners but we will categorically point out the main opposition United Party for National Development (UPND) to scrutinise politicians they go to bed with in the name of forming government, not every stone that shines is gold.

As we wish comrade Tembo well, its wise also to disagree with his statement that UPND is boasting that they will form government in 2021 without alliance partners like his one man katemba PeP party. President Hakainde Hichilema and UPND is capable of pulling the strings alone but party’s agenda is to accommodate meaningful citizens who is willing to sacrifice everything for better Zambia.

It’s doesn’t get better than seeing spies pulling out in the 11th hour after realising that it’s not easy to get information from UPND to PF precisely.

The remaining 17 months before Presidential general elections are crucial, more decoys to germinate from the alliance. To get lid of dead woods is the best way.

The Fixing Team.

  1. UPND is not the alliance. UPND is in the alliance. If somebody decides to quit the alliance, he is not quitting from UPND. Therefore you can not criticise UPND for a decision of one member in the alliance. Parties will continue quitting from the alliance but it does not mean they will be quitting from UPND.
