STRIKER Fashion Sakala jnr says his move to Scottish Premiership champions Rangers FC happened at the right time and wants to add value to the team.
Sakala said in an interview with Studio Ken that given a second chance, he would still choose Rangers ahead of teams in English Premier League or French Ligue 1.
“I had a lot of teams interested in me. I had two teams in English Premier League and I met them in England. They explained how they wanted me to play. I had two teams from the top five in France, I also met them. But I spoke to Gerrard and after he talked to me, I felt I had to move to Rangers,” he said.
Sakala said it was great feeling to have received a call from Gerrard and he prayed for the move to materialise.
