Rainbow Party Leader Wynter Kabimba has insisted that Zambians must give the Patriotic Front another chance to continue in government after the August 12 general election in order for the party to build on the foundations it has already laid in various sectors of the country`s developmental agenda.
Speaking when he featured on the Friday edition of the Phoenix FM’s let the people talk program this morning, Mr. Kabimba is of the view that the PF has already laid down a foundation which they must be given a chance to build on instead of ushering in a new government that would start from the scratch.
Mr. Kabimba also feels there is no guarantee that the current high prices of commodities which is a matter of concern to the electorate will go down even if government changes in an economy which is dependent on other economies such as that of South Africa and not on market forces.
The Rainbow Party leader has indicated that in as much he acknowledges that the PF has made some mistakes, the party has scored more successes hence the decision by his party to work with the PF in order to help correct some of the mistakes.
